“Human Rights” highlights Houston’s strong commitment to ensuring freedom, peace and social justice for all, as well as its constant efforts to fight human trafficking. This powerful symbol depicts, Amy, a Latino girl from the community bareback and barefoot riding a wild horse as she whips her lasso above her head. As the new lone ranger of Houston she harnesses freedom and makes sure Houston stays a safe place.
