The Second Annual Christmas FunFestival will be held Sunday, December 7, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Downtown Campus, 1320 Main St. @ Clay. This is a free event which will be fun for all ages.
Activities include live entertainment in the Lobby and Fellowship Hall, arts and crafts, children's activities, Santa and Mrs. Claus, and mission activities throughout the Educational Building.. A variety of finger foods will be served around the building throughout the Festival time.
Artist Franklin Chittum will have a premiere display of "The 12 Days of Christmas".
A Christmas museum with many items being one of a kind from around the world will be open every Sunday, December 7 through January 4. These museum items are on loan by members and friends of First Methodist.
The evening culminates with the musical Amahl and the Night Visitors presented by the Downtown and Westchase Choirs and Soloists, from 6 - 7 p.m. in the Sanctuary.
All this is available to you and includes free parking on the surface lots surrounding the building. Join us for an exciting opening of the Christmas season.
