About Children's Day
A national holiday in Japan, May 5th is the day that families celebrate the healthy growth and happiness of children. On Children's Day, children often wave colorful streamers, called "koinobori," which are shaped like carp, a symbol of strength and success in Japanese culture.
May 4-7, kids 12 and under can enjoy free edamame and a free kid's drink, plus colorful koi streamers, handmade samurai hats, and a photo keepsake of their visit!
