BB’s Café is a New Orleans themed café with a unique Texas twist.  They like to call it Tex-Orleans, as in kind of Tex-Mex but mostly Cajun.  Stop in and enjoy one of BB's 15 different overstuffed New Orleans style po'boys.  In addition to many traditional Cajun favorites, you might want to try out the Shrimpalada,  Cajun-style shrimp enchiladas served with red beans and rice.
