Founded in 1839, Christ Church grew from a small church to a beautiful gothic Cathedral located in the heart of Houston. Not only is Christ Church home for many Houston Episcopalians, it is also the “seat” of the Bishop of Texas and an overseer of many outreach programs. Guests can share in Christ Church’s Sunday Mass or visit throughout the week for prayer and quiet introspection.
