The first of Randall Davis’ loft conversion buildings, the Dakota, built in 1911, is located in the heart of the Warehouse District on the edge of Downtown in the old Bute Paint Factory Building. Dakota has it all—an art gallery in the lobby, views of Downtown from the common terrace and nearby funky neighborhood restaurants and live music venues. You’ll find wood floors, granite kitchen counters, 10-12’ ceilings, free laundry and fitness center, oversized bathrooms with garden tubs and private access parking located in the basement. Lofts range from 800-1700 sf.
