Here are a few things you get: hundreds of fitness classes, free Child Watch, locations all over the Houston area, caring staff, family programs, sports for youth and adults, and much, much more! Memberships are based on household types; you never sign a contract. There’s a 30 day guarantee on your joining fee and an AWAY program… you can use your Houston Y membership at other Y’s across the country. Joining has never been easier!

Saturday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
