Part gallery, part studio, Hardy & Nance Studios is 15,000 square feet of pure creativity. 30-plus artists call this place their second home, as it is where they let loose to create their art. The building, located in Houston’s historic warehouse district, is one of the better examples of a conversion to artist studios, with for-lease studio spaces from 120 to 1400 square feet and a large gallery.
