Four city blocks in the heart of downtown have been transformed into a premiere entertainment, dining, retail and urban office hub. The multi-use project opened in October 2008 and is rapidly adding major name teants such as McCormick & Schmick's, XXI Forever, Books-A-Million, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Clique Salon, Guadalajara del Centro, Polk St. Pub, Cork Wine Bar, III Forks, Yao Restuarnt and Bar, Mia Bella, Andulucia Tapas, Pete's Dueling Piano Bar and the iconic House of Blues and Lucky Strike Bowling Lanes & Lounge.

The Pavilions is bounded by Dallas St. to the north, Polk St. to the south, Main St. to the west and Caroline St. to the east. A connected parking garage is located on Main and Polk and valet parking is located on Caroline St.

HOURS

Monday through Saturday — 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Sunday — 12:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
