13 Valentine's To-Do's Downtown

Grab your sweetie and make plans for a romantic Valentine’s Day downtown. You can pull together a memorable day whether you’re flush with cash or on a budget.

1. Phoenicia’s MKT Bar is making wallets happy with $12 steak dinners, $5 desserts and $5 specials on wines from Monday, February 13 through Friday, February 17.
2. House of Blues at Houston Pavilions spices things up with the Anti-Valentine’s Day Burlesque Show (21 and up) at its intimate Foundation Room. Ruby Revue tickets are $15 and for $35 guests can dine on the Foundation Room Buffet while they enjoy the show.
3. If you want the traditional romantic dinner, there are plenty of options.Hearsay Gastro Lounge has a three course meal with a choice of appetizers, entrees and desserts with highlights like a 7 oz tea marinated filet and strawberry panna cotta at $65 per person.
4. Sambuca Restaurant has a three course meal with options like salmon and a dessert trio at $42.96 per person.

7. The Capitol at St. Germain is bringing Austin’s vocal and piano duo,Grand Hotel to the stage, while guests can enjoy a multi-course mealserved at three price points ranging from $59-$79 per person.
8. Niko Nikos at Market Square will have $3 Mighty Aphrodite Nikoritas, $5 champagne & Athenian Mud Pie combos.
