    We were thrilled this week that City Council unanimously voted to expand the Downtown Living Initiative (DLI) from a cap of 2,500 residential units to 5,000 units by June30, 2016.

    We recently got a backstage tour of the House of Blues in downtown Houston and of course it was just as amazing as any music lover would imagine it to be. House of Blues is home to a two-story Music Hall, the intimate Bronze Peacock Room, the Foundation Room and the Crossroads Restaurant and Bar.     Mayor Parkers Unveils Nation’s First Parking Meter Sculptures in Warehouse District

    The City of Houston unveiled six unique parking meter sculptures in the arts-filled warehouse district, in collaboration with Houston Arts Alliance. The partnership came about during as a part of the city’s parking improvements initiates that are taking place all over downtown.
