The artworks for Big Art. Bigger Change. were reviewed by a committee of Houston community and arts leaders to reflect the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, which includes gender equality, quality education, climate action, and clean water and sanitation. When the new murals debut on May 27, Houston will be the world’s only city with an exhibition of this magnitude.
