Belly Dancing Basics

Join Bellydance instructor for 5 weeks of movement and conditioning!

In this Beginner-Intermediate class, we will condition the body and learn how to isolate hips, ribs, and arms to create the beautiful shapes that we love to see. We will end with a short choreography to compliment what we cover in class. Be prepared to work up a sweat, as we work out our bodies and minds.
