'Tis the season to celebrate as Hilton Americas-Houston's Pastry Chef Mahesh Weerasinghe and his talented team create their annual culinary masterpiece – a one-of-a-kind chocolate display brought to life in time to ring in the holidays. This year’s chocolate display will transport guests, visitors and a handful of mischievous Minions to Santa’s workshop. With 6.5 million calories, 900 pounds of dark chocolate, 1000 pounds of white chocolate, 850 pounds of gingerbread, 600 whole eggs, 400 pounds of sugar icing, and 2,400 work hours, the chocolate display is sure to spark imaginations and give one’s sweet tooth a little extra something to smile about!
