Who knows romance more than the French?  Join Brasserie du Parc for an evening of amour and a special three-course menu.  The menu is available Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15. Full bar, patio seating.  Reservations required.

FIRST COURSE

BISQUE DE HOMARD DU MAINE
Maine lobster bisque, crab, shrimp, tarragon crème fraîche

 ESCARGOT À LA BOURGUIGNONNE
Burgundy escargot baked in garlic parsley butter

 FOIE GRAS AU TORCHON
cold duck foie gras, prune mousseline, toasted brioche

 CARPACCIO DE BOEUF WAGYU
Texas wagyu beef carpaccio, Parmesan, arugula, truffle cream

 SALADE D’HIVER ET FETA
red beets, pickled shallots, arugula, pomegranate, almonds, feta cheese

striped sea bass, smashed Indian-spiced chickpeas, winter vegetables, saffron beurre blanc

FILET DE BOEUF AU POIVRE
beef tenderloin, smoky mashed potatoes, winter vegetables, au poivre sauce  (add 3 shrimp - $9)

 RISOTTO DE LÉGUMES D’HIVER
winter vegetable risotto, aged Parmesan, mascarpone, truffle oil

 CUISSE DE CANARD AUX ÉPICES
roasted duck leg confit, dried apricot polenta, snow peas, mushrooms, orange gastrique sauce
