Wellness Wednesday

Bring your lunch to the Hess Deck (or order it from the Grove) and join the Introduction to Mindfulness lesson and guided meditation with Heather Sullivan followed by the practice of mindful eating, followed by an Introduction to Mindfulness lesson and then a walk in the park.

Those wishing to order lunch can do so by making a phone order to The Grove anytime the morning of up until the class begins at noon. 


Classes are free but registration is requested on site. Bring a towel and water, as well as a mat for yoga classes.
