“Unity” is a mural celebrating the importance of unity and inclusivity. It is inspired by the March 1960 demonstrations and staged sit-ins led by Texas Southern University (TSU) black students that successfully and peacefully ended segregation at Houston stores and lunch counters. The mural is aligned with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5, 10, 11, 16.
