Just like the days before it, Easter is shaping up to be a bit different this year. While this time is usually spent gathered around the table, sharing a brunch or dinner spread with family and friends, it’s not likely to happen considering the state order to stay at home and avoid groups larger than 10 people. Nonetheless, the show must go on and Houston restaurants are ready to help you get it going. We’ve gathered a few options for making your Easter meal a delicious one!
Brasserie du Parc
Pick up a meal for six at this authentic French restaurant. The three-course menu ($165) includes white mushroom and leek soup, beef bourguignon with rigatoni pasta gratin and vanilla bourbon pecan pie. Order by Wednesday, April 8 for Easter Sunday pickup.
Hearsay on the Green
Grab a delicious four-course meal for the whole family [4 to 6 people] for $120. Start your festive feast with the ultimate meat and cheese tray, then move on to a Hearsay Salad and deviled eggs. Your entree choices consist of honey glazed ham, herb crusted lamb roast and garlic & caper butter baked salmon. Be sure you save room for a slice of carrot cake for dessert!
Morton’s the Steakhouse
This year, Morton’s The Steakhouse is serving up all the options! Be the chef with the At-Home Easter package which includes dishes like center-cut filet mignon, cold water lobster tail and lamb chop lollipops. Make it a dinner for two [$119], four [$149] or more [$299]!
Let Morton’s do the cooking and go for the Easter Menu. Offering a three-course menu that serves two people [$109], each guest is invited to choose from appetizers such as shrimp cocktail, lamb lollipops or salad [Caesar or wedge]. Kick your main course of filet mignon and lobster tail up a notch by adding black truffle butter or Cognac Au Poivre sauce and enjoy with one of five vegetable sides available. Don’t forget dessert! Between key lime pie and New York style cheesecake, you can’t go wrong. Your order must be placed by Thursday, April 9.
